The Coming King: Witnesses to His Presence

  1. What stands out to you about how the shepherds responded after encountering Jesus?

  2. Why do you think God chose ordinary shepherds to be the first witnesses of the Messiah?

  1. How do the disciples’ reactions (fear, doubt, joy, amazement) reflect our own experiences of faith?

  2. Jesus says, “You are witnesses of these things.” What do you think it means to be a witness today—not just historically, but presently?

  3. How does knowing Jesus meets people in doubt and fear encourage you in your walk with Him?

Acts 17:24–28 — God at Work Everywhere

  1. According to this passage, where is God active and present in the world today?

  2. How does the truth that “in Him we live and move and have our being” change how we see everyday moments?
