Des has called Stephenville “home” since June 2025 and have found great peace worshipping and serving at Timber Ridge Church. She enjoys sharing God’s love through Bible stories and helping children understand their identity in Christ, while finding comfort, confidence, and growth in the word of God. She works closely with the Church’s leadership team and is believing God for continued wisdom and guidance to shepherd the next set of children leaders that would aid Jesus in running this town.

Des is married to Adedeji (Dr A), a professor at Tarleton University, and they are blessed with two amazing kids who are also Jesus sweethearts.
